Chinese custom will lower the importing tax on electronical products from 20% to 10% from January 27th,2011.
The reduced duties electronical products mainly computers and cameras.The rule is caused by higher importing duties of Ipad, about 1000 Chinese yuan of the duty.
A about 4000yuan Ipad will be charged of 1000yuan duty on the basis of the selling price of 5000yuan. Chinese current importing duty mainly contains value added tax,comsumption tax and custom tariff.
The rule is a very good new for Chinese people to buy importing electronical products and can save some cost for them.
Because of the higher duty, the electronical products are much cheaper than those sold in Chinese domestic market.
