<p>It was reported that the Ministry of environmental protection official, signed between the Government and State &#8211; owned<br />
enterprise leaders throughout the Department of environmental protection and energy &#8211; saving emission reduction objective<br />
responsibility, mandatory implementation of emission reduction objectives.</p>
<p>Environmental Protection Department early this year to determine the emission reduction task is to include the chemical<br />
oxygen demand, ammonia, nitrogen, sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions of four major pollutants down 2010.<br />

the annual target is expected.Two new pollutants, ammonia emissions fell 0.73 nitrogen oxide reduction not reverse rise, and<br />
rose to 6.17, complete the target task extremely difficult.Pollution reduction there is also a responsibility to implement is not in<br />
place, security policy was not introduced, inadequate incentive and constraint mechanism, regulatory capacity is not strong<br />
reasons.</p>
<p>It is known that the next Department of environmental protection with the relevant departments on the chemical industry,<br />
especially nitrogen industry focused on governance. For those who can&#8217;t finish the construction of key projects and business<br />
groups, will be to limit the approval of sanctions.</p>

<p>Clamp-on ultrasonic water meter refers to the flow transducer is clamp-on type,which is clamped onto pipe surface.Clamp-on installing way doesn’t need to cut pipe,so there is no pressure drop,no risk of leakage,no maintainance,etc. But as it is battery powered,clamp-on ultrasonic water meter can’t get the same accurate level as that of main powered ultrasonic flow meter.Thus,battery powered clamp-on ultrasonic water meter is only for such request.Usually,we recommend main powered ultrasonic flow meter or battery powered ultrasonic water meter with insertion type sensor or spool piece inline type sensor.Though clamp-on ultrasonic water meter is not perfect yet, it is a very promising water flow meter once its accuracy is improved.We will try to our best to improve it.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #008040;">Descriptions:<br />
</span></strong>Insertion liquid <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.heremeter.com/" title="ultrasonic flow meter">ultrasonic flow meter</a></span> employs a pair of insertion-type ultrasonic transducers to measure the flow by inserting the transducers into the pipe wall. The transducers do not extrude into the flow, thus, do not generate any disturbance or pressure drop to the flow. Comparing with a clamp-on flowmeter, the biggest advantages of our wetted-type flowmeter are its long-term stability, better signal quality and less installation uncertainty. The last two features can also be translated into higher accuracy.<br />
The insertion liquid flow meter is designed for pipe larger than 3” (DN80mm). For smaller pipe, our spool-piece model, flow cell  inlie flow meter, might be a better choice. When pipe size becomes smaller, the cost of a spool-piece inline transducer comes down.<br />
The Insertion type ultrasonic flow meter is ideal for flow surveys and closed-pipe applications, such as normal water flow measurement (hot/chill water, city water, sea water), sewage and sludge measurement, and measurements of oil (crude/diesel/fuel), chemicals (alcohol, acids, etc.), beverage, and many other liquids.</p>

<p>The SD memeroy data logger is specially designed for Abest&#8217;s transit-time series ultrasonic flow meters. Users can order it if have such request. The SD data logger will record data outputed by the internal SerBUS port of ultrasonic flow meters as customers&#8217; setting. Please kindly note if a thermal printer have been already connected to the SerBUS port of ultrasonic flow meters, users need to built a power switch to control the printer. By this controlling, it can avoid printing out all of the data sent to  the SD data logger.</p>
<p>The SD data logger doesn&#8217;t need special external power supply, and it steals 3.3VDC power from the ultrasonic flow meters.</p>

<p>1) Set what data to be recorded in window menu M50</p>
<p>2)Set start time,interval time and recording times of data logger in winow menu M51. If input start time **.**.** in M51, it means the data will be recored at once. If input recording times of 9999, it will means the ultrasonic flow meters will output data without stop.</p>
<p>3). Set the data recording direction,and should select &#8216;Send Data To Internal SerBus&#8217;,then the data will recored in the SD data logger.</p>
<p>Please kinly note not each type of ABEST&#8217;s ultrasonic flowmeter can be used with the SD data logger, so please kindly check with us if you have such request.</p>
<p>Working process expression</p>
<p>After connecting to the SerBUS port and making the setting above, a file name of PRIN.TXT will be created automatically by the SD data logger process unit. If the name file has been existed in the data logger, the processing unti won&#8217;t overwrite it, and just append the new data entries to the existing file.So the user should delete the existed file of PRINT.TXT by using PC in order to make full use of the storing space of the SD memory.</p>

In order to ensure the healthy of people and safety of drinking water, the concept of water purifying has been up and a hot topic, thus, also followed by various water purifying technology.</p>
<p>Water purifying means to utilize water purifying technology to get rid of plenty of organic intergradient, heavy metal ion, detrimental impurity and bacteria, and reserve helpful trace elements to human body. After treatment, water will be clean, sweet, full of oxygen and drinking directly.</p>
<p>Purified water: Utilize normal hyperfiltration technology to get rid of organic intergradient, inorganic intergradient, heavy metal ion, detrimental impurity, bacteria, minerals, then make water drunk directly.</p>
<p>Microfiltration: Filtration accuracy is 0.03-15um.It is a film process of mesh structure filtrating propelled by static pressure.</p>
<p>Ultrafiltration: The filtration accuracy lies between microfiltration and nanofiltration, its range is 0.002um-0.1um. It use pressure difference technology to get rid of the detrimental mineral, including iron rusty, silt, bacteria, etc, keep helpful things to human body by make water flow from higher pressure side to lower pressure side. The technology is core part of mineral water producing line.</p>
<p>Nanofiltration: The filtration lies between ultrafiltration and hyperfiltration. It has a feature of high removing ratio of specific solute which is mainly 1 nm grain, even though under very low pressure. The technology is usually used to remove Ca,Mg, peculiar smell, chromaticity, pesticide, synthetic detergent, solubility organics and evaporation residuum. Its major application field is to soften high hardness water and desalt.</p>
<p>Hyberfiltration: Hyberfiltration technology is initially developed for outer space, it is high accuracy film separation technology by pressure difference. Its accuracy is 0.0001um. From theoretically speaking, it can remove all of impurity (including detrimental and helpful) and only keep hydrone. The technology is usually applied in purify water, industry ultrapure water and medicine ultrapure water. By controlling system, pressure need to be added for origin water to wash Hyberfiltration film so as to improve life of the film.</p>

<p>Pretreatment of water is fine to deal with in the water before the initial pre- processing, in order to deal with water when the essence of good results, improvement in water quality. Because the nature of water has a large number of impurities, such as silt, clay, organic matter, microorganisms, such as mechanical impurities. The existence of these impurities seriously affect water quality and refined treatment and must be dealt with in the sperm prior to the reduction or removal of some impurities, which requires pre-treatment, sometimes also known as pre-treatment.</p>
<p>What are the main methods of pre-treatment?</p>
<p>A lot of pre-treatment methods, there are filtration, coagulation, clarification, softening, disinfection, pre-Shen, etc. After pretreatment with these methods, you can water the suspended solids (turbidity), color, colloidal matter, organic matter, iron, manganese, temporary hardness, microorganisms, volatile substances, such as dissolved gas to remove impurities or reduced to a certain degree of extent.</p>
<p>Filtering water will be handled by devices equipped with special filter materials, such as the various filter and so on, retain water impurities, be removed.</p>
<p>Coagulation using ferric, aluminum, polymer, such as coagulant, and the impurities in the water through the flocculation and bridging to form large particles of sediment, and then through other devices such as clarifiers, filter pools, etc., be removed.</p>
<p>Coagulant to clarify the role through the formation of large particles and sediment in the tanks to clarify the separation of sediment removed, water is clarified.</p>
<p>Softening by chemical agents, such as lime water soda powder to remove the water hardness bicarbonate; or using methods such as cation exchange resin to remove water calcium, magnesium, iron ions, this process is known as softening.</p>
<p>Disinfection by adding biocides, such as liquid chlorine, bleaching powder, etc., is used to kill micro-organisms in the water.</p>
<p>Pre-Shen is a large capacity, low flow rate to deal with natural precipitation, such as settling ponds, pre-sedimentation tank.</p>
